  1. Therapeutic/Medical Massage
Integrates more than one style of massage, based on the therapist's assessment allowing for them to exclusively design the session for you. Promotes relaxation, pain and stress relief, and stimulates circulation.
  2. Deep Tissue Massage
Focuses upon muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Slow and constant strokes are used by the therapist to break up adhesions between muscles and connective tissue, and are often recommended for individuals who experience constant pain or have sustained physical injury. It is common to have aches for a day or two after this type of treatment.
  3. Stone Massage
Hot and/or cold therapy is applied with the use of soapstones. These are used to penetrate sore muscles with either chilled stones to cool and stimulate or hot stones to warm and soothe. This treatment can help to unlock deep tension within muscles, as well as relieve stress and achieve total relaxation.
  4. Sports Massage
Relieves fatigue and stress in muscles before and after sports events or during training. Stretching and various techniques are used to prevent lactic acid build-up in muscles and improve mobility of joints and muscles.
  5. Pre and Post Natal Massage Therapy
This treatment involves fully supporting the body insuring total comfort, and giving the client the opportunity to relax. Long strokes are used to reduce fatigue, nurture a changing body, and relieve muscle tension, aches and pains. Perfect for expecting mothers, but also for anyone who experiences discomfort when lying either on their back or stomach.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of biomechanics.

Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams of pressure, about the weight of a nickel, the practitioner releases restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.

CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Cupping was developed thousands of years ago and though the techniques have modernized, the original philosophy remains the same.

Cupping therapy is a form of treatment where suction is used on specific pressure points on the body to remove obstructions in the body’s natural healing energies. In this way, cupping therapy can be used to cure many ailments, the most ancient of them being pulmonary tuberculosis. It can also be used to treat skin, blood, respiratory, back pain, nerve conditions and many more.

You usually will feel a tight sensation in the area of the cup. Often, this sensation is relaxing and soothing. Depending on your comfort and your practitioner's assessment of the problem, cups may be moved around or left in place. They may remain on your body briefly or for longer amounts of time. Each treatment is unique to you on that particular day. One very common area to be cupped is the back, although cups work well on other areas, too — particularly on fleshy sections of the body.
